Before you apply.
Adults who can independently manage their personal care and daily living needs, including returning citizens and adults seeking structured shared housing. Placement is subject to eligibility, availability and screening.
No. We provide structured independent shared housing in residential homes. We are not a homeless shelter.
No. We are not an assisted living facility, nursing facility or medical treatment program. Residents must be able to independently manage their personal care.
We offer private and semi-private rooms depending on availability. Residents may share common areas and, depending on placement, a bedroom with another resident.
Fully furnished rooms, shared common areas and kitchen, laundry access, utilities and Wi-Fi.
Applicants are asked about their income sources during pre-screening. Income needs are reviewed individually along with eligibility and availability.
Yes. We encourage applying ahead of an anticipated release date so our team can plan around your timeline.
Yes. We welcome referrals from correctional professionals, probation and parole officers, case managers, reentry organizations, treatment providers, churches, families and community partners.
Yes. Community standards regarding substance use, visitors, quiet hours, cleanliness, safety and respectful conduct apply to every resident.
Visitor expectations are part of our community standards and are reviewed with each resident at move-in.
Transportation is not provided by Real Life Hope House. When appropriate, we may connect residents with community resources that support transportation needs.
Timelines depend on current availability and completion of screening. Share your requested timeline in the pre-screening or referral form.
No. Submitting a pre-screening or referral does not guarantee housing or admission. Placement is subject to eligibility, availability, screening and program requirements.
Not yet. Recovery-focused sober living is coming soon. You can join the interest list to be notified when it becomes available.
