Reentry

Coming Home Is Only the Beginning.

Stable housing can be one of the most important foundations for successful community reintegration. A real address makes employment, transportation, supervision requirements and family relationships possible again.

For Returning Citizens

Housing that takes your transition seriously.

We welcome applications from people who are preparing for release as well as those who have already returned to the community. Applying early helps our team plan around your anticipated release date and housing timeline.

We also welcome referrals from correctional professionals, probation and parole officers, case managers and reentry organizations.

Important to Know

Real Life Hope House provides structured independent shared housing. We are not a homeless shelter, assisted living facility, nursing facility or medical treatment program. Residents must be able to independently manage their personal care and daily living needs.

Next Step

A place to rebuild. A community to belong to.

Whether you are preparing for release, seeking structured shared housing, or referring someone you serve, our team is ready to hear from you.
