Helping someone prepare for their return to the community? We welcome referrals from correctional professionals, probation and parole officers, case managers, reentry organizations, treatment providers, churches, families and community partners.

Important to Know

Real Life Hope House provides structured independent shared housing. We are not a homeless shelter, assisted living facility, nursing facility or medical treatment program. Residents must be able to independently manage their personal care and daily living needs.
